We believe in empowering our clients to have a say in how their block is managed. We arrange and attend AGMs (held in the evening for convenience) to ensure that all residents have an opportunity to voice their opinions and concerns.
If an independent freeholder manages the estate, we can assist our clients in gaining a greater say in the management of the property, or even acquiring the right to manage from the freeholder.
